OT: Roses & Cat Pots

About a year ago I reported on my successful trip to David Austin Roses. More by luck than judgement the roses we bought are doing ok and I took a picture earlier of one of them:

And if you live in the UK you may have seen this cute cat plant holder at garden centres. My mum took pity on me last week and bought me one. Note how I've carefully colour matched the (bought) plant to the (bought) pot - oh what a gardener I am...

My David Austin rose, a purple one, isn't doing so well - a few years old now. Homebase ones seem OK though! Very fragrant and pretty just at the mo. Like your cat - and approach to gardening.....

Adorable cat plant holder. I'd love to have one as a door stop or for a window sill.

The green thumb in an apartment just doesn't work well where I live, but it's beautiful outside in a garden.

I've just knocked mine over and feel terrible! Any idea where I might get a new one? Please!

I think I got mine at Webbs of Wychbold. Might be worth emailing them. It's been a few years now though. Thaxter's of Dersingham (Norfolk) have an unglazed version. There's even a monster sized version.
